As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various online platforms. This includes responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product or service recommendations. Your main duties will include:

- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Providing accurate information about our products or services and assisting customers with product selection.
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about our company's products or services to provide expert recommendations.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve overall customer experience.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficiency in using various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of our company's products or services is an asset but not required.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
