A land surveyor is responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out the surface of the earth, using specialized equipment and technology. They work in various industries, such as construction, engineering, and land development. As a land surveyor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features of the land
- Use equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and aerial photography to collect data
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create maps, charts, and reports
- Prepare legal descriptions of property boundaries and ensure that they comply with regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate information for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and data collected
- Adhere to safety protocols while conducting surveys in potentially hazardous environments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a land surveyor
- Familiarity with surveying equipment and software
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to surveying practices
- Strong mathematical skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and colleagues
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Salary:
As a land surveyor in Shan City, you can expect an average salary of $1600 per month. Salary may vary depending on experience level, qualifications, and employer.

Location:
This job is based in Shan City but may require travel to different locations within the country. Applicants from Egypt or the Philippines are welcome to apply.

Language:
Proficiency in English is required for this position as you will be working with clients from different backgrounds. Knowledge of the local language is a plus.

Part-time:
This is a full-time position, with flexibility for part-time hours for experienced candidates.

Experience:
While 2 years of experience is preferred, we are open to candidates without experience who have completed a relevant degree program and show strong potential.
