We are hiring a Junior Commercial Architect to join our dynamic and growing team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with our senior architects and project managers to design and oversee commercial projects from conception to completion. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and eager to gain hands-on experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed drawings and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct site visits and communicate with clients to understand their needs and desires for their commercial space
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and project management tasks
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to present design plans and address any concerns or feedback
- Continuously research new materials, techniques, and technologies in order to improve the efficiency and quality of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Previous experience in commercial architecture is a plus but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
