We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Baker to join our busy bakery in the beautiful city of Funchal, Portugal. As an Entry-Level Baker, you will assist in the preparation and baking of various breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Shape and bake dough into various breads and pastries
- Decorate and finish baked goods
- Ensure quality and freshness of all products
- Clean work area and equipment after use

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic understanding of baking techniques and measurements
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and moving heavy equipment
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
