Part-Time Administrative Assistant in Braga
We are seeking a motivated and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities. This is a part-time position, ideal for students or individuals looking for a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing office supplies and equipment
- Maintaining filing systems and organizing documents
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Performing data entry and maintaining databases
- Drafting documents, reports, and correspondence
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, college education preferred
