Administrator - Visa Sponsorship Available
As an Administrator in our company, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operations of our office in Braga. Your role will involve organizing and managing office documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining communication with clients and vendors. We are looking for someone with previous administrative experience who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain office documents, such as reports, contracts, and invoices
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Manage communication with clients and vendors through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Keep track of office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU candidates
- Fluent in English (Portuguese language skills preferred)
