Unity Developer
Location: Porto, Portugal (open to international candidates)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Unity Developer to join our dynamic team in Porto. As a Unity Developer, you will work on creating engaging and innovative games for various platforms. This is a contract job with the opportunity for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and artists to bring game concepts to life
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C# for mobile and PC games
- Implement gameplay mechanics and user interfaces
- Optimize game performance for different devices
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in existing projects
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in game development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Unity Developer
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language
- Experience with Unity game engine and its features (physics, animations, UI, etc.)
- Familiarity with mobile game development and optimization techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AR/VR development using Unity
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or Objective-C/Swift
- Prior experience working on multiplayer games
- Passion for gaming industry
