Handyman for Property Maintenance and Repair (Egyptian Nationals Only)


We are currently hiring an experienced Handyman to join our property maintenance team in Nakuru, Egypt. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the upkeep and repair of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of our properties, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Install fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the properties
- Manage inventory of tools and supplies, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized
- Communicate with property managers to address any maintenance concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality with valid work permit in Egypt
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or a similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use various hand tools and power tools safely
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if needed
