We are in search of a highly motivated Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Shan, India. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with our experienced architects and designers to assist in the creation of architectural plans, designs and drawings. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of detailed architectural drawings and designs, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits to collect data and measurements for projects
- Prepare 3D models and renderings using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Research building materials and construction methods to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or Revit software
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Passion for architecture and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Shan, India. Candidates must be willing to work on-site at our office location.
