Entry Level Restaurant Manager
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our restaurant team as an Entry Level Restaurant Manager. As a manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise restaurant staff
- Create schedules for employees
- Set goals and objectives for the restaurant
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for employees
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of financial management (e.g. budgeting, cost control)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Location: Faisalabad (visa sponsorship available)
Salary: Starting at 1300$ per month
