Contract Surveyor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Contract Surveyor to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Contract Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and gathering data related to land, construction sites, and other projects. You will work on a contract basis, meaning you will be hired for specific projects and your employment will end once the project is completed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys and collect data using specialized tools and equipment
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports detailing findings and recommendations
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in surveying
- Follow all safety protocols while conducting surveys on construction sites or potentially hazardous areas
- Keep accurate records of all surveying activities and maintain organized files for future reference
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines set by clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Surveyor (at least 2 years)
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, laser levels, etc.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Good understanding of construction plans and blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
