Online Consultant


We are a growing online consulting firm based in Lahore, seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients through virtual channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing. Your main goal will be to assist clients in making informed decisions and solving their problems by using your knowledge and expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various virtual channels and provide timely and accurate advice
- Understand clients' needs and concerns and offer personalized solutions
- Use your expertise in the relevant field to provide valuable insights and recommendations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and developments to ensure the best service for clients
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with clients
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and achieve company goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
