As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to customers through online platforms. Your main goal will be to assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues they may have. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
