Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient online customer support to our clients. You will work remotely from Braga, providing services to clients all over the world. This is a contract job with a salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and accurately
- Assisting customers with product information, orders, and returns through various online channels (email, chat, social media)
- Providing technical support for our online platform and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their needs effectively
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer support processes and suggesting solutions

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in using various online platforms (social media, email, chat)
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a remote position based in Braga, Portugal. You will be expected to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours. A stable internet connection is required for this role.
