We are in need of a highly skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via online chat, email, and phone calls
- Understand and address clients' needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products or services offered by the company
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times
- Identify potential sales opportunities and upsell products or services to clients
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service delivery

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role as an Online Consultant or Customer Service Representative
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using various online communication tools such as chat platforms, email, etc.
- Knowledgeable about the company's products or services offered
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Experience working with CRM software
- Fluent in other languages such as Spanish or French

Salary: $1800/month
