Job Title: Concierge Coordinator



We are seeking a skilled and organized Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and coordinating various services for guests at our establishment.

Your main duties will include managing reservations, booking transportation, and providing recommendations and information to guests about local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and welcoming lobby area, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing any guest concerns or issues.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. A friendly demeanor and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential qualities for this position.

This is a temporary position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is not provided, but visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Provide information on local attractions, events, and transportation options
- Book reservations for guests at restaurants or other establishments
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
- Manage guest requests and concerns promptly and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures as needed
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations throughout the establishment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options is preferred but not required
