Instrument Technician - Los Angeles, USA


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Los Angeles. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various instruments and equipment used in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, calibrate, and repair a variety of instruments such as pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level indicators
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and recommend appropriate solutions
- Install new instruments and equipment according to specifications
- Perform preventative maintenance on instruments to ensure proper functioning
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on instruments
- Work closely with production team to ensure all instruments are functioning properly during production process
- Follow safety protocols while working with hazardous materials
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve efficiency of instrument systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or technical training preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Instrument Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and knowledge of various types of instrumentation systems
- Proficient in reading technical diagrams and manuals
- Ability to use hand tools and specialized testing equipment accurately
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract. Visa sponsorship is also available for qualified candidates.
