As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and transportation

Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have own transportation to/from work
