Location: Sheduva, Pakistan


The Commercial Architect will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in Sheduva, Pakistan. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the commercial architecture field and possess strong technical skills in building design, construction methods, and materials. They must also have excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed within budget and on time.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budget, and timeline.
- Create design concepts for commercial buildings based on client needs.
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with interior designers to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial architect.
- Strong technical skills in building design, construction methods, and materials.
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Project management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively work with clients, engineers, contractors, etc.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

As a valued member of our team, we offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month. This position does not require fluency in English as it is based in Sheduva. Accommodation is not provided; therefore candidates must have their own visa for Pakistan.
