Barista for Contract Position in Khanpur with Accommodation



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team on a contract basis in Khanpur. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and presentation techniques
- Ensure all beverages are consistent in taste, temperature, and appearance
- Take customer orders and handle payments using POS system
- Keep the coffee shop clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to work in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Khanpur (accommodation provided)
