Entry-Level Barista



Are you passionate about coffee and looking to start a career in the world of specialty coffee? We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Entry-Level Barista to join our team in Khanpur. This is a great opportunity for someone with no previous experience or qualifications to learn the art of being a barista and grow in the industry.

As an Entry-Level Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter and work area, and assisting with inventory management.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in coffee and be willing to learn new skills. You must also have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a friendly personality. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

This is an ideal position for recent graduates or those looking to gain experience in the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the counter, work area, and equipment
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
- Learn about different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Continuously improve skills through training provided by senior baristas

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Own visa or ability to obtain one (preferred)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month. We also offer opportunities for growth and advancement within the company for dedicated and hardworking employees.
