Office Assistant
We are hiring an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Ar Rumaythiyah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, managing files and documents, and organizing meetings.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications. Previous experience as an office assistant is preferred but not required. This position is open to Indian nationals with a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and redirecting them to the appropriate person or department
- Responding to emails and handling correspondence
- Managing files and documents in both physical and electronic formats
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when needed
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
- Proven work experience as an office assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
