Construction Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the city of Sheduva. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure they are followed
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Oversee the selection and hiring of construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in English and have experience working on construction projects in Africa. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Sheduva.
