Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our upcoming project in Sheduva. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. Your goal will be to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution of the project
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track with timelines and budgets
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status to senior management
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to inspect work quality, resolve issues, and provide guidance to team members
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that arise during the project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month along with other benefits including free accommodation, visa sponsorship, and round-trip tickets for foreign candidates.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva but candidates from any nationality are welcome to apply. English proficiency is not required for this role.
