Entry-Level Construction Manager


We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Construction Manager in Sheduva. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects within budget
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for each project
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license

Salary: 1500$ per month
