We are hiring a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Akron. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining financial records. You must have a strong background in Malayalee cuisine and be able to create and implement menu items that reflect the unique flavors and traditions of this cuisine. Your duties will also include ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have previous experience managing a restaurant. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment.
