Indian Restaurant Manager in Akron, OH


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Akron, OH. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Indian restaurant, ensuring high quality food and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure efficient and excellent customer service
- Plan menus in collaboration with the chef to ensure a diverse selection of authentic Indian dishes
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant or similar establishment
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and marketing
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

This is a full-time job with a salary of 1700$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided. We welcome recent graduates who meet the requirements for this position.
