Merchandiser for Fashion Brand in Ar-Ruwais (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a leading fashion brand in Ar-Ruwais and we are currently seeking a Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, buying, and promoting our products to ensure maximum sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities
- Create product assortments based on market demands and sales targets
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to meet sales goals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotions and advertising campaigns
- Analyze sales data to make informed decisions on product assortments and pricing
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in merchandising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- 2+ years of experience in merchandising for a retail or fashion company
- Knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers
- Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

We offer a competitive salary of 900$ per month for this full-time position. Indian nationals are preferred for this role but all nationalities are welcome to apply. Please note that this is not an English-speaking role.
