Part-Time Construction Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of project management principles. As a part-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Inspect work for quality control
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or related role
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The working hours will be flexible based on project needs. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
