Architecture Manager (Malayalees preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop project budgets and timelines in collaboration with clients
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Review project plans and designs to ensure they meet safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and address any issues that arise
- Oversee the hiring and training of new team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Malayalee is preferred but not mandatory

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1200$ per month. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Siauliai, a vibrant city known for its historical landmarks, cultural events, and beautiful parks. We welcome candidates from all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Malayalees.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Part-time options may be available for exceptional candidates. This position does not include accommodation; therefore, candidates must have their own accommodation in Siauliai.
