Architecture Manager

Our architectural firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and manage all aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure successful completion of projects
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Review and approve design plans, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is considered a plus)
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

This position is suitable for male candidates who are currently residing in Siauliai or are willing to relocate. Candidates must have their own valid visa or be eligible for one. Indian nationality is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
