Senior Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Siauliai is seeking a highly experienced and talented Architecture Manager to join our team. As the Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. This is a contract position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all stages of project development
- Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion within client requirements
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their expectations
- Monitor project progress, address any issues or challenges that arise, and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architecture Manager or similar leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles and techniques
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international clients
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Experience with contract jobs

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania (candidates must have own visa)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)

Language Requirement: English fluency preferred.
