IT Support Technician

We are hiring an IT Support Technician to join our team in Lisbon. As a support technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients and ensuring smooth operation of their computer systems. This is a contract position and no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for women looking to enter the tech industry.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by clients
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain computer networks and ensure security measures are in place
- Educate clients on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques
- Keep detailed records of all technical issues and resolutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong interest in technology
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Lisbon (preference for local candidates)
