Data Mining Analyst


We are hiring a Data Mining Analyst to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. You will work closely with the data science team to develop and implement data mining algorithms and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Identify patterns and trends in the data to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data mining algorithms and techniques
- Collaborate with the data science team to optimize data mining processes
- Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Proven experience in data mining, preferably in a business setting
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other programming languages commonly used for data analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large datasets
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a simple manner

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
