We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Acre, Philippines. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. You will work closely with our development and marketing teams to ensure that the design meets the client's needs and effectively communicates their message.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design ideas
- Develop responsive designs for optimal viewing on different devices
- Optimize website performance by implementing SEO best practices
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web design techniques
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback for continuous improvement of designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in web design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Excellent communication skills
