Senior Architect - Vilnius



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Vilnius, working on a variety of projects in the city. As a Senior Architect, you will lead and manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams and oversee projects from concept to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor and guide junior architects

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, and codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Biometric passport for travel within Europe

Salary: 1300$
Location: Vilnius with accommodation provided. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English. Part-time work may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
