IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, both remotely and onsite. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Document all support activities accurately for future reference
- Communicate with other team members to escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Familiarity with network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to find creative solutions to complex problems
- Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Sheduva but may require occasional travel to client sites within the city.

Preference:
This job is open to candidates of any nationality. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Part-time positions may be available for students or those seeking flexible hours.
