Hotel Sales Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximizing hotel occupancy through effective sales strategies and partnerships. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders to increase bookings and drive revenue. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in hotel sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders
- Actively seek out new business opportunities through networking events, trade shows, and other channels
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand market trends
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure bookings at the hotel
- Monitor competitors' rates and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional packages and campaigns
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback for management review
- Train and mentor junior members of the sales team

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local market trends and competition in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Willingness to travel for business purposes

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
