Hotel Sales Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients and maintaining good relationships with existing ones. This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$, including accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels such as networking events, trade shows, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential markets
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts to secure business for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments in the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for management meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in a similar position
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
- Knowledge of local market trends and competitors in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Nepali or Kenyan languages is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
