A well-established company in Las Vegas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our network and system infrastructure. This individual will also be responsible for troubleshooting network and system issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring the security of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, maintain, and support the company's network and system infrastructure
- Troubleshoot network and system issues in a timely manner
- Perform upgrades to network hardware and software as needed
- Monitor network performance to ensure optimal functionality
- Ensure the security of the company's network through regular maintenance and updates
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for any technical challenges
- Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Knowledge of server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
