Construction Project Manager

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Lom, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Prepare project reports and documentation for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, techniques
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a challenging role in a dynamic company.
