Plasterer

We are in search of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces by removing old plaster or paint
- Mix and apply plaster or other materials using hand tools or sprayers
- Create smooth and even surfaces by using trowels and other tools
- Repair cracks and holes in walls and ceilings
- Follow safety protocols when working at heights or with power tools
- Ensure proper ventilation when working with chemicals
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create smooth finishes on various surfaces
- Experience with hand tools such as trowels, hammers, chisels, etc.
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Basic math skills for measuring surfaces and calculating material needs
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Valid visa for work authorization in Sheduva (visa sponsorship may be available)

Salary: Competitive salary of 1000$ per month
