Welder Apprentice


We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Welder Apprentice in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Welder Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced welders and develop your skills in welding techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior welders in preparing materials and equipment for welding
- Perform basic welding tasks under supervision, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Learn and apply welding techniques to produce high-quality welds
- Attend training sessions and courses to further develop skills

Requirements:
- Nepali nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (speaking)
- No previous experience required, but some knowledge of welding is an advantage
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of welding tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior welders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
