Architectural Technologist - Pakistani Nationals - Contract Position in Washington, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technologist with experience in the construction industry to join our team on a contract basis in Washington, USA. As an Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with architects and engineers to design and develop construction plans for various projects. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed construction plans and drawings
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate and precise plans
- Ensure that all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that construction is following the approved plans
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any design issues that may arise during construction
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural technology or a similar role within the construction industry
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design programs
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1700$ per month.
