Loader for Construction Materials in Shan



A reputable construction company located in Shan is seeking a reliable and hardworking Loader to join our team. As a Loader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of construction materials to various job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and backhoes to load and unload construction materials from trucks
- Transport materials within the job site and assist with material placement as needed
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the storage of equipment and materials
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers, supervisors, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy machinery, preferably in a construction setting
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Location:
This position is based in Shan but may require travel within the surrounding areas for various job sites.

This job is open to Filipinos or foreigners with valid work permits. English speaking ability is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week.
