Indian Administrator in Mauren


We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Indian Administrator to join our team in Mauren. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 900$ per month, requiring no English proficiency and no previous experience.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Coordinate appointments and meetings for executives
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Keep track of financial records and prepare invoices as needed
- Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files
- Handle any other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
