Concierge (Seasonal)
A luxurious hotel in Funchal is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Concierge to join our dynamic team on a seasonal basis. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences during their stay.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. They must also be able to work well under pressure and have a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities
- Arrange transportation services, including airport transfers and car rentals
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other events
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Maintain knowledge of current hotel services, amenities, and promotions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist with luggage handling as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concierge or in a related guest service role
- Fluent in English and Portuguese; additional language skills are preferred
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions and resources
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

We offer competitive salary of $1700 per month along with free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.
