Office Administrator
We are hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sharjah. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and handling administrative tasks. This position is suitable for Pakistani and Malayalee nationals, with no English language requirement.
Salary: 1600$ per month
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office records and databases
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Order office supplies and equipment as needed
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ensure smooth communication between departments and team members
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements:
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
