We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Mauren. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding techniques to join metal parts together according to specifications and layouts. You will also be responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Set up welding machines based on the job requirements.
- Use various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding.
- Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality control.
- Maintain equipment by cleaning and replacing parts as needed.
- Follow safety procedures at all times.
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role.
- Proficient in various welding techniques and able to read technical documents.
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment accurately.
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting when necessary.
