Architecture Manager

Our architecture firm in Gujrat is seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our projects and team of architects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the firm's architectural projects, including design, planning, budgeting, and timelines
- Manage a team of architects and ensure their work meets the high standards set by the firm
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our firm remains competitive
- Maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in our projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes throughout the design process
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with proven experience in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software programs is required
- Good communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas to clients, team members, and other stakeholders
